PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DECK-O-SEAL Two Part Elastomeric Polysulfide-Based
Joint Sealant is a premium grade, pourable,self-leveling, sealant
which cures at ambient temperature to a firm, flexible, tear-resistant
rubber. DECK-O-SEAL is highly resilient and has excellent recovery
characteristics after extended periods of compression or elongation.
DECK-O-SEAL has outstanding resistance
to weather-aging and won't discolor. It provides excellent adhesion
to most surfaces without using messy primers.
PRODUCT
USE
DECK-O-SEAL is used for caulking and
sealing joints subject to concrete movement to provide a firm, flexible,
weather-tight seal. It is applicable to both interior and exterior
use. It is ideal for sealing joints in swimming pools. P/G Primer
is required for all joints subjected to hydrostatic pressure or
submersion. Other two-part DECK-O-SEAL formulations are available.
NOTE: Paint is cannot be applied over DECK-O-SEAL Products.
•DECK-O-SEAL #125 (SELF-LEVELING POURABLE TRAFFIC GRADE) is used for horizontal applications. It is ideal for high foot
traffic areas such as mall floors or garage floors. Number 125 offers
higher tensile strength and is excellent for swimming pool floors.
Pool floor applications must be primed.
•DECK-O-SEAL GUN GRADE (NON-SAG
GRADE) is an industrial-grade sealant used for vertical or horizontal
application - tooling required. A bulk-barrel type gun capable of
drawing mixed material into the barrel for extrusion into joints
is recommended. Joints to be submerged underwater must be primed.
•DECK-O-SEAL #150 (POURABLE GRADE) is used
for saw cut joints
in industrial area applications.
It is ideal for application in heavy fork lift traffic areas.

•Not affected by today's pool chemicals. •Retains joint
soundness in service once its cured and can be stretched or compressed
up to 50%.

Stone Gray, Desert Tan
(Black and Redwood by special order).

PACKAGING
Patented, pre-measured, two-component
unitized, easy-to-handle package contains proper ratio of base to
setting agent which must be maintained. 96 ounce base material can,
setting agent, stirring paddle and applicator are all included.
24 ounce unitized packaging kits are also available. NOTE: Applicator
bottle is not included in the 24-ounce kits.
